Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Overview

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for our powerboat and classroom training courses. By booking a course with us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

  1. Cancellations by the Customer

More than 14 days before the course start date:

You may cancel and receive a full refund, minus any administrative fees (typically up to 10% of the course fee).

Between 7–14 days before the course start date:

You may cancel and receive a 50% refund, or you may transfer to another available course date free of charge.

Less than 7 days before the course start date:

No refund will be issued. However, at our discretion, you may be offered a place on another course date subject to availability and an administrative fee.

  1. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, instructor illness, vessel unavailability, or insufficient student numbers).

In such cases, you will be offered either:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule to another course date.

We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred as a result of a course cancellation.

  1. Rescheduling by the Customer

If you wish to change your course date:

You may reschedule once free of charge if you notify us at least 7 days before the original start date.

Changes made within 7 days of the start date may incur an administrative fee of up to 25% of the course price.

  1. No-Shows

Participants who do not attend a booked course without prior notification will forfeit the entire course fee.

  1. Refunds

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days of approval.

  1. Course Commencement

Once a course has started, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided.
