Chichester boat club was born from the shared vision of two friends for affordable boating in the most idyllic spots in the UK. As boat owners we constantly passed numerous RIB’s sitting on moorings which provided great perches for the local bird community but saw very little actual use. After looking around it became obvious that the only choice for likeminded people was the substantial outlay, upkeep and management required in owning a boat. With most people only being able to make use of their boat for a handful of days, this soon becomes a very expensive and time consuming option.
So the solution in our eyes was the boat club. Imagine arriving at a clean, fully serviceable and fuelled boat. Conveniently moored in one of the UK’s prettiest marinas, providing free parking, access to modern, clean, warm showers, cafe and restaurants a few meters away and with safe and easy access for you and all your passengers ready to start your day. From here you are straight into the tranquil waters of Chichester Harbour with access to numerous water side pubs, white sandy beaches and breathtaking views. At the end of the day, simply moor it up having enjoyed your worry free boat ‘ownership’
We understand the value of time on the water with friends and family and know that you simply can’t help but relax once on the boat. We wanted to remove the hassle and worry of boat ownership so you can concentrate on the great times.
