As a member you will be able to take the boat anywhere in the Solent. All we ask is that it is returned the Marina before sunset.
You will require an RYA Powerboat Level 2/ICC certificate and to be checked out on the boat. If you don’t have this don’t worry as we are an RYA Training Centre and we can arrange a date to do the 2 day course. RYA Powerboat courses
Register on the My Account section of our website. Once you have paid for the membership we will activate your account and then you will be able to book the boats out using the booking page on our website. You will also be able to hire Paddle Boards and order picnics.
Very simple, contact-us or call us on 01234 210240 to arrange to see the boats and we’ll show you round and discuss what we can offer you.
Yes you can. All boat club Members are entitled to book 3 days Boating Sessions in advance. Within 48hrs the boat can be book out by any member no matter how many sessions they have booked. Once one of their pre booked sessions have been used another one becomes available.
We only have a limited number of members so availability is generally good. Last year all our members got to use the boat when they wanted. This said we can’t guarantee it. One you have registered you can see the boats availability. Click on this link for more info Boat Booking
Once you have registered on our website, you can view the availability on our booking page Boat Booking. There you can see when the boats are free for the rest of the year.
As a member you will have unlimited usage of the boat, but you will need to book it out before you use it.
From sunrise to sunset. Our insurance does not cover the boat being out after dark.
No. The member is the only one who can book the boat out and must be on the boat when out on the water.
As a general rule we don’t allow pets on the boat, but we are happy to discuss this with you.
Of course you can, but you must not take more people than the boat is certified to hold. Spitfire can take 12 people and Mustang 9.
We have life Jackets and safety equipment on board.
No. As long as the boat is returned to Chichester Marina at the end of you booking and it is kept on secure mooring over night.
To take Spitfire or Mustang out you have to be a member. However we offer Skippered Charters on some of our other boats.
We are based in Chichester Marina https://www.premiermarinas.com/uk-marina-locations/chichester-marina, however all our Powerboat Courses are done at Itchenor Sailing Club https://www.itchenorsc.co.uk.
To take Spitfire or Mustang out you have to be a member. However we offer Skippered Charters on Clusaz II and JES.
Mustang can have a maximum of 9 on board, Spitfire can have a maximum on 8 on board. Clusaz II and JES are only used for Charters, Clusaz II can hold a maximum of 12, 10 guests, 1 Skipper and 1 crew member, JES can hold a maximum of 9, 7 guests, 1 Skipper and 1 crew member.
Yes but only is if it is available 24 hours before. If you are a Mustang member there will be no added cost. For Spitfire members there will be an extra charge to take out one of the larger boats.
The only other thing you will have to pay for is fuel. When you have finished your boating session we ask you to refuel the boat. If you can’t we will refuel the boat and invoice you for the fuel plus a small service charge.
Yes you can rent Stand up paddle boards from us. When booking the boat out you will have the option of adding SUPs, life jackets and a picnic. Just select what you want and we’ll do the rest. We will not charge for life jackets.
Yes, we have a partnership with The Boat House in Chichester Marina. So when you book the boat out you will be given an option to order a picnic.
